If you are given two options - Money or Health - what will you go for? Tough question, you say? Maybe. But I do not think so. Not when you give it a deep thought.
So which of the one will get your head? This is my own ranking of the two "must have" in order of their importance to me.
1. Health
2. Money
And this is the reason behind my choice:
Health - This is the number one choice for me. It's so far ahead of the other one that I didn't even have to think before giving it my vote.
Our health is our 'everything'. Good health enables us perform daily functions of life. Good health for us means we can go to work, earn a living and provide for our families. Good health also enables you to take pleasure in life.
Without a healthy body how would we function properly during the day? Where is the earning potential then? If we have a lack of energy or if we are in pain how would we cope and how much would we achieve in a day's work? Most of know how hard it is to get up out of bed if we are sick, or even just tired. It can be a war with yourself to stick to routines such as taking vitamins but you must not look at them as a chore or routine, it must come more naturally. When you start feeling great you will know what I'm talking about.
Practically everything is achieved in life if there is good health. No matter how desperate your situation may be, if you have good health and a healthy mind, you can literally overcome it and turn it around.
If I am healthy, I can earn all I want in the world. With my health in good shape, I could do anything legitimate to earn money
What we put into our bodies affects our health and the way
we feel.
But without good health, your chances of making it next to zero.
So you see, good health is number one. No questions about it.

Money - If money can speak as men, I'm sure it will pull me aside and demand to know why I'm making him my number two choice instead of number one. I know that money speaks in other ways. Its voice is even more audible than the voice of a man magnified by the most sophisticated loud speakers.
That is one of the ways that money speaks. And it could be very loud indeed. In fact money is powerful. It is a must have. But in spite of that fact, it's still number two, behind good health.
We live in a world where money rules. We study to get a job and then we have the objective to earn big. We are constantly thinking of how to earn the next big buck, or how to aim for promotions and higher salaries. There is no doubt that money is not important, but your health is even more important. Every day we rely on our health. When we wake up, when we are eating breakfast, driving to work, everything we do relies on a good health.
"There are and have been lots of people who have been filthy rich, but have lived miserable lives have left nothing but a dark legacy behind them (Joshua Fuson)." Please don't get me wrong, money is important and we need it to be able to have family vacations, gas, electricity at home, pure water running at home, etc. But don't chase after money so passionately that you forget the reasons to why you need it.
If you remember why you work, why you spend money, when money is not always around your purpose, it will not be distorted. You won't feel like the world is over because your bank account is negative. This will be just another challenge for you and not the end of the world's problem. Money, whether you have many or not, will not affect how you treat your loved ones, and what that world really means to you.
You've probably heard the old saying, 'Your Health is Your Wealth' and it truly is. Now is the time to begin to think positively. A healthier diet produces a healthier you. Healthier you not just physically but mentally, emotionally, and physically.
So be careful of how you spend your money and how you protect your health.
Have a Wonderful Day,
Make it Memorable.
