Speak English Confidently !

You had always dreamed of speaking English fluently like other million people around the world but it only remained a dream! You know English, but when you speak, your accent sounds weird or you stutter. Have you ever wondered what the root cause of the above problem is? The answer might surprise you! The biggest problem is speaking English confidently and without hesitation.

As we all know that English is a globally accepted universal language and the ability to speak it well is absolutely critical in today's global economy. English is a language that has aspects of other languages, which makes it easier to learn and follow the language. So speaking fluent English is essential for communication in any part of the world, because it is the communication that holds the world together.

Imagine if you are weak in this, how you can survive in this highly competitive world. More and more people are trying to learn and improve their English. Speaking fluent English can bring many opportunities for you, not only in career, but also for the chance to interact with other English speaking people around the world.

Many people say that the English language is the most difficult to learn. But the truth is that it is not difficult at all. In fact, learning English can be a fun and easy task if you set your mind to it. Apart from this, you have to say goodbye to your fears and inhibitions, only then you will be able to speak English fluently and confidently like a native speaker.

When learning how to speak fluently, just remember how you learnt to speak when you were a child. You simply uttered words imperfectly & used to imitate whatever sounds were produced around you. Same is the case with learning to speak fluent English.

You must have seen that a person has a good sense of English language which affects everyone. Speaking English fluently means that you must pronounce the words correctly and with the correct vocabulary. When you talk to someone who is fluent in English, it is no surprise that you will be influenced by that person.

So if you want to speak English like a native, here are some efficient tips for speaking English fluently:

1. Read more - The first thing you should do after getting up in the morning is read the newspaper. A newspaper is one of the most abundant sources of knowledge as well as vocabulary. There are many news publications you can subscribe to, as all of them are equally useful. Give a thought to reading books and start with primary level story books. These books contain simple vocabulary and are easy to read and understand. Gradually, switch to short story books by the renowned linguist authors and then further jump to English novels. The process of developing an understanding of the language may be slow, but after all, slow and steady wins the race.

2. Start with easy things - The best idea is to step outside your comfort zone to gain confidence. However, if you are very afraid of it, start with simple things like talking to yourself or speaking English with your close friends.

Speak English with yourself in the mirror and recognize the influence of your mother tongue on your pronunciation. For example, say it out loud, I like to eat apples. What are you speaking in your mother tongue, at which point do you sound more. Detect and neutralize. It comes with practice

3. Think in English - When speaking English, do not think in your mother tongue. If you constantly translate from your native language to English it slows you down and you cannot speak fluently. Every time you find out that you think in your mother tongue while speaking English, stop doing it!

4. Be confident - You should develop confidence to speak English. Do not be afraid to speak. You are learning and making mistakes is a part of the process. If you want to develop the confidence to speak English then you ... should speak a lot. This is it - there is no secret. In the beginning, you will probably get scared, but it should be easy for you to speak with each conversation. Start practicing with your friends!

5. Pronunciation rules - If you want to speak more clearly, know the pronunciation rules. You should be able to pronounce every consonant, every vowel and dipole correctly. Notice how native speakers pronounce some words and try to repeat them after them

6. Build your vocabulary - One of the reasons you are afraid to speak may be the fact that there are a lot of English words that you do not understand. In fact, it is not important to know thousands of words (you can understand a new word from context), but if you really feel that your vocabulary is not big enough, learn at least 10 new words every day. Set a routine for everyday . It is 300 words monthly!

7. Use the internet - Use the power of the Internet to practice your language skills. Want to improve your writing skills? Start a magazine in English at lang-8.com. Want to improve your vocabulary? Read English blog. Want to improve your listening skills? Sign up on iTunes and download the English podcast. Want to speak with a native speaker? Sign up on language exchange sites. There are dozens of great sites for language learners - use them!

8. Right approach - Develop the correct approach to speaking and mistakes. If you don't make mistakes then you can't learn English and if you don't speak then you can't learn English. It doesn't matter that some people won't understand you - just smile and say it once. In fact, nothing bad will happen.

All this is how badly you want to learn English. I believe that if you want it badly, you will use these tips and start speaking in no time!

So these were the secrets of speaking English fluently. There may be other ways to improve your spoken English but the only thing that will improve your English language is hard work and practice.

Thus to get English fluency, you should be more patient in the language learning process. It takes hard work, discipline and willingness to learn to speak English fluently. So practice constantly as much as you can & as per the old saying, "Practice makes a man perfect", you will be a master of it.

Money or Health - What is more important in life ?

If you are given two options - Money or Health - what will you go for? Tough question, you say? Maybe. But I do not think so. Not when you give it a deep thought. So which of the one will get your head? This is my own ranking of the two "must have" in order of their importance to me. 1. Health 2. Money And this is the reason behind my choice: Health - This is the number one choice for me. It's so far ahead of the other one that I didn't even have to think before giving it my vote. Our health is our 'everything'. Good health enables us perform daily functions of life. Good health for us means we can go to work, earn a living and provide for our families. Good health also enables you to take pleasure in life. Without a healthy body how would we function properly during the day? Where is the earning potential then? If we have a lack of energy or if we are in pain how would we cope and how much would we achieve in a day's work? Most of know how ...

Heart v/s Mind

It takes these two to get the job done. A common misconception people have is that they try to brand the heart or mind as good or bad. I was inspired to write this article when someone once said to me "We should not always listen to our hearts" What I mean by heart here, is our all-spiritual spiritual heart, the heart that knows what we really want and to be truly happy, our gut feeling is needed. It is the heart that connects us to the whole universe, the heart that has the blueprint of our entire lives, and yet our heart is ignored because it does not follow the traditional way of thinking. And then we have our mind. What I mean by Mind is our subconscious mind, the one who cares about our breathing and blood flow, our habit patterns and things we are not aware of, things we do unconsciously. Our brain can process millions of bytes of information in a second. It will be a huge asset when we are using it to achieve our goals. I would like to say that neither of us has...
