1. Sleep early at night

This is one of the simplest but most effective ways to get up early in the morning. Many people will plan to sleep early, but watching shows on TV or engaging in other activities.

If you sleep early at night, especially before midnight, your body is much more relaxed and does not need those extra minutes in bed the next morning to freshen itself up.

This will improve your health as well. To fall asleep early, you need to adopt some discipline and complete all your tasks so that you can be in bed at a good time. Anything after 10 at night is considered late.

2. Drink lots of water before going to bed

Some people suggest that you drink water before going to bed so that you will accumulate more urine in the morning. This is a good way to force yourself to get up and stay awake. Just make sure you only drink enough and will not force you to wake up at 3 am. Drink at least one glass of water.

If you drink a lot of water just before going to bed, you make a lot of fluids while sleeping. This means that your body needs to get rid of it as soon as possible, which is usually one night. It also means that your body will have to wake up automatically so that you need to physically go to the bathroom. Therefore, you will be wide awake in the morning because you need to go to the toilet.

3. Never eat just before you go to bed

If you eat before you go to bed, you will need a longer sleep. This is because your body is using energy to process your food which makes your body feel more tired and hence requires a longer time for you to refresh. So always eat before 8pm if you can.

4. Use the alarm clock

One of the most important things you should have is an alarm clock. It is necessary for you to hear a sound that signals you to be awake. There are a lot of designs nowadays. There are lots of options that you can make. Just make sure the sound is audible enough for you. But you should not put an alarm clock near your bed. Keep it away from your bed so that you have to walk on the clock to turn off the alarm - it is not easy to go back to sleep.

5. Fix a time

When you will go to bed for sleep, say 11 PM and you can wake up at 5 AM. If you continue this procedure for few days it will become easy for you to wake up at 5 AM in morning automatically.

But never force yourself to sleep only five hours when you are used to sleeping seven hours most of the time. If you want to change this habit to get up early in the morning, then you need to do it slowly. You should not force yourself. Try to do it 10 or 20 minutes in advance until you reach your goal.

6. You must have a reason

The key to getting up early in the morning is our desire to get up early. It can be work, making your favorite breakfast, or exercising etc. It becomes difficult to awaken without any reason.

If we are really motivated to wake up at a certain time, we will not let the mind be an excuse to go to sleep. It is worth making a list of things that we can do early in the morning. Early in the morning can be productive as the home environment is usually a little quieter.

Whatever your personal list, it is probably better than sleeping. If we really value the benefits of getting up early then we will do so.

7. Stretching

It is a good idea to get straight out of bed and do some stretches or light exercise upon waking up. 8. Take Shower

To make your morning more vibrant, try taking a bath each morning. This will definitely make your body more active and alive. Shower is such a good stimulus for the sleeping body. This will make your morning more meaningful and lively.

9. Step outside!

I don't know about you, but it takes me a while to get along. One of the best ways for me to do this is to make myself a cup of my favorite coffee and take it out in the yard. Being outside has sun or elements on your face. Your senses also become high and you will find that it will awaken you very quickly.

Getting up early in the morning can be difficult at first; however, if we work strongly, we would really appreciate the extra time. The most important thing is to reap its benefits. If we are determined to get up really early then we will fight the lethargy of the body, and make sure that we actually get up when the alarm rings.
